Return and Refund Policy

Trifeliz strictly follows the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) – Law 8,078/90, in particular article 49, which allows the consumer to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of signing or receiving the product or service, when the contract is signed outside the commercial establishment.

The customer has the right to exchange or return according to the criteria below:

  1. Product dissatisfaction: The customer may cancel the product due to dissatisfaction within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
  2. Manufacturing defect: The customer can request an exchange or return within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product.

Return Criteria:

  • Product in original packaging.
  • No signs of use.
  • Manufacturer's original seal intact.
  • Complete content (manual, covers, accessories, etc.).
  • Accompanied by the Invoice.

Requests after this deadline will not be accepted.

Return Procedures:

  1. Contact the Customer Service Center via the Contact tab or by email  adm@trifeliz.com.br , informing the order number, reason and evidence/photos of the product.
  2. Wait for the store's response, which can take up to 3 business days.
  3. The product must be returned to the address provided by the support team.

After receiving and checking the product, the refund or exchange will be processed within 30 (thirty) days, in accordance with article 18, paragraph 4, of Law 8,078/90.

Options after Confirmation:

  1. Exchange for another product available in stock.
  2. Refund of the amount spent on the products (including shipping, if the product delivered is in perfect condition).

Guarantee:

All products come with a 7-day warranty from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, please send high-resolution photos or a one-minute video showing the defect, along with the product packaging (including the postal label).

Important Notes:

  • Trifeliz does not exchange products due to improper sizing. Measurements in centimeters are available on the website to avoid misplaced selection.
  • Cosmetic damage after purchase, fluid damage, attempted repairs, improper use of accessories, normal wear and tear, and reduced battery life are not covered.
  • Intimate products such as lingerie, adult content, or products that may come into contact with mucous membranes are not eligible for exchange.

Freight:

Trifeliz covers shipping costs only in cases of cancellation or exchange due to manufacturing defects. To do so, contact our customer service center or email us.  adm@trifeliz.com.br and follow the instructions.

Be sure to check the product upon delivery for any technical or manufacturing defects. If the product is out of stock, Trifeliz may take up to 30 (thirty) calendar days to resolve the issue, as required by law.

Frequently Asked Questions:

I requested an exchange. How long will it take to receive my product? After confirmation of the return and analysis of the product's condition, the new product will be sent according to the store's base deadline.

I requested a refund. How long will it take for me to receive my refund? For payments via bank slip, the refund can be an online store credit or a bank transfer/PIX. For payments via credit card, the refund will be issued directly to the card issuer through the payment provider. The refund can take up to 3 business days after the request is confirmed. Credit card companies allow 30 to 60 days for the refund to appear on the statement. The customer should follow up with the card issuer.
